Privacy policy
Last updated October 9, 2026.
Agenda Crew is a shared agenda for a family. This policy says what it keeps, why, and who can see it. It is written for parents, since a child uses the app at a parent's invitation.
What we keep
- Your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We keep your Clerk user id and read your verified email from your sign-in token to decide whether you may use the service. We do not store your email in the agenda.
- Your family's agenda. The workspace name and time zone, its members (an id, a role, a display name), its invites (a random code), and its items: titles, descriptions, dates, reminders and checklists, along with who changed each and when.
- Your devices. To send reminders and alerts, we keep a push token for each phone or browser you register. Tokens are only used to deliver notifications and are deleted when you remove the device.
Who can see it
Only the members of a family see that family's agenda. Every request is checked on the server against your membership; an address or an id from another family answers nothing. A parent manages the family and invites its members; a child sees and changes the agenda but cannot invite or remove anyone.
Notifications
Reminders sent to a child's phone carry the item's title and time. Alerts sent to other members about a change say who changed something, not what; the detail is in the app. Nothing we send includes an email address.
Voice
Voice commands are recognised on the device by the phone's or browser's own speech recognition, then interpreted by the app itself. We do not record audio and do not send it to our servers.
Where it lives
The agenda is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Clerk handles sign-in under its own privacy policy. We use no advertising and no tracking of children.
Visits to this site
On agendacrew.com, Google Analytics counts visits to our public pages: this one, the home page and the terms. It never runs on sign-in, sign-up, an invitation or the app, so it sees nothing of a family or its agenda. It records nothing you type, we have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and it keeps its own cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) to tell visits apart. To stop it, turn on Do Not Track in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
Your choices
A parent can rename or delete items, remove a child from the family, and remove any device. To delete a family or an account entirely, contact us and we will remove it.
